We are recommending this coupler for the Nikon Coolpix Cameras based upon tests made. To install is simple, you remove your existing eyepiece and insert the coupler into your ocular tube and then attach your digital camera.This also works on trinocular ports of most any microscope.
The adapter is very simple to use and works with any microscope where there is a 23mm or 30mm eye tube. In addition it is compatible with all standard 1x c -mounts with the 30mm spacer in place. You simply thread the lens end of the adapter on to the digital camera and fit the other end to the microscope eye tube in place of the eyepiece.
